What is the Change Anything Now Process? (PC005)

Welcome to Open Topic Thursday.  Today I am going to tell you a little about the Change Anything Now™ Process that I use to remove subconscious blocks instantly and permanently.  Then I’ll explain what happens in a change facilitation session.  Tomorrow, I’ll be sharing a recording of a session I did with a woman that was having some problems in her relationship with her adult daughter.  Today’s discussion will make it easier to understand what I am doing with her tomorrow.

I developed and refined the Change Anything Now™ process over decades.  I can trace the first vestiges of it back to 1995 when I started studying chi gung.  It wasn’t my intention to develop a method to clear the subconscious.  It was the natural result of my efforts to heal my body and mind.

The process itself consists of asking questions, energy testing, accessing ground, asking more questions, making a demand, witnessing the change or becoming aware of things that stand in the way of the demand being fulfilled, maybe asking more questions and then making another demand based on the witnessing and awareness.  The process really is very easy.  The skill is in finding the keystone idea holding the problem in place.  Once you have that, the rest is easy.

In fact, given the simplicity or the process, I am still surprised that it works.  I shouldn’t be.  There is plenty of research on the power of the mind and the power of intention.  This isn’t some case of “magical or wishful thinking” whereby you believe that your thoughts, by themselves, can bring about effect in the world.  There are a number of components of the process that give it strength beyond mere conscious thinking.

And while I can remove blocks instantly, complex diseases like depression and chronic anxiety can sometimes take more time to clear.  At least that is my experience.  It is not that they are harder to clear.  It is like having a storage room filled with old papers.  One piece of paper is quick and easy to remove and get rid of.  A room full of paper is not necessarily hard to clear out, it just takes more time.

Like I said earlier, the hard part of the process is finding the subconscious belief, block or program to delete.  I think they allude many people because they are irrational.  I mean, who would believe the reason they cannot keep a job or loss weight is because their subconscious wants to honor their parents by not out achieving them.

We have glorified our rational conscious minds – and they really are amazing – and neglected our subconscious or unconscious minds.  The problem with an emphasis on the conscious is that it only represents 10% of our mental capacity.  We actually run on 100% of our mind and 90% of that is subconscious and outside of our normal realm of influence.  While we love our conscious mind, our subconscious mind is running the show.  And the subconscious mind is superstitious, irrational and childlike.  Anyone that has tried to change a habitual habit or stop an irrational fear understands that some things seem to be outside of our conscious control.

How do I figure out if someone really has a particular subconscious block?  I use energy testing or applied kinesiology.  I learned during my studies as a body worker and martial artist that muscles go weak when temporarily challenged with a toxin or something that disrupts the flow of subtle energy in the body.  In martial arts, a blow at a specific point or a movement that crosses the opponent’s body will weaken or disable the person and allow you to defeat the opponent in the next move.

Further, when a person says something that is not true for them, this disrupts the energy of the body and muscles will go weak for a moment.  I use this temporary weakness to identify subconscious ideas that the mind believes are true.  I have a video of how this is done on my YouTube Channel.  What I do is have the person being tested close their eyes and say the belief while I try to pull apart their fingers.  If the statement is true, the fingers will hold tight and if the statement is false to them, the fingers will pop open as the muscles weaken for a moment.  People that are familiar with the method can test themselves.  The woman in the session tomorrow has been trained and is doing her own finger testing.

Sometimes people do not test well.  They may exert extra pressure to keep the fingers together or have a subconscious block.  Other factors can impede an accurate test:  they can have neurological switching or be dehydrated.  I can correct these, but it takes a little investigation and time.

If the person I am working on does not know how to use their fingers to test themselves or if they aren’t giving a clear reading with the fingers, I use an alternate method, which I refer to as the rocky method.  I have the person stand (facing north) and then ask them to close their eyes and get centered.  I then have the test a “yes” and a “no” and then their name and a false name.  Here is a recording of the process.  This is someone that has never done energy testing before.

In his case the movement if subtle.  Sometimes people can feel it but you cannot see them move.  Other times people are very dramatic.  They rock forward or back at least a foot.  Everyone is different.  And, it does seem to help to explain what is expected to the subconscious.

Finally, some people are clear on what is true to their subconscious versus what their conscious believes or thinks.  In episode 8 (next Tuesday) I work with a woman that is able to just know without energy testing what is causing her blocks.  People sometimes say that something that is true for them feels light and something false feels heavy.  You can play around with this.  Close your eyes, say something true or false and see if you can perceive a difference.  Play around with things you know are 100% true or false first and then check something you are not so sure about.

Once we find a subconscious belief that doesn’t serve you, I ask permission to pull it.  I then access ground, which means I release whatever I think I am into all that is and I demand the belief be removed.  That takes a second and then I ask questions silently to myself.  Is it going?  Is it gone?  What would create more change in this situation?  What else can we do here?  If I sense more stuckness, I ask what to do about it.

You may wonder who or what I am asking?  I tend to keep things simple, I just ask and then I sense the answers.  People that are clairaudient may hear answers other that are clairvoyant may see pictures.  I just get ideas or hunches.  So, the change only took a couple seconds, the witnessing and being aware and questioning takes me another 10 seconds or so.  In the facilitation sessions, I edit out the pauses.  The next thing you will hear me do is ask the person a question, ask them if they might like to know a certain thing (and if they say yes, I demand that they have that information on a cellular level)  or I ask them to retest the belief we just removed.  If the belief is gone, I ask the person what else might be left?  Their job is to notice if they changed and what didn’t change.  This is why awareness is one of the vital aspects of change that I talked about in the first episode.   The more aware the person is the more detailed we can get with the clearing.

Change Anything Now™ Facilitation is an effective tool for getting unstuck.  Anyone can benefit from facilitation, and people still stuck after years of psychotherapy can really change fast.  Usually they have done a lot of the footwork, even know their subconscious blocks and are ready to let them go.

This process is named Change Anything, because it really is about changing anything.  I think this tool will allow us all to change more than we have ever imagined.  All change is possible and things we used to think were “just how we are” we can now see are changeable.  The key to completely change is in our subconscious and it is easier to access the subconscious than we thought.  This tool allows us to remove subconscious blocks and now that we have such a tool, we will become more adept at noticing habitual patterns that are driven by the subconscious, since now we know how to get rid of them, easily and instantly.

If this type of approach is new to you, it may sound a little vague and abstract to you.  I was skeptical myself when I first encountered this type of approach.  Then I witnessed instant dramatic change in myself and didn’t care how unbelievable it was.   This is a quick overview that someone familiar with similar change facilitation methods can understand easily, but if you are completely new to this, you really do need more explanation and details.  I am in the middle of writing a book Would You Like To Change That?  –  Delete Subconscious Blocks Instantly  that will give you more information and details.  The book tells exactly how to do the Change Anything Now process.   As soon as I get 1000 requests I will publish it.  You can go to WOULDYOULIKETOCHANGETHAT.com website and put in your request.  You can also go to my website DorenaRode.com and find out when the next Change Anything Now workshop is.
